My name’s Anna Cooke, the owner and creator of this little site. I originally studied Equine Science but my love for health and fitness led me away from the horses and back to college. I’m now a fully qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor working in Dublin. I have a passion for helping people look and feel their best. I want to lift the veil on health and fitness and make it as easy as possible for people to be the very best versions of themselves.
